Frequently Asked Questions
A Roshan Digital Account (RDA) is a special bank account designed for Overseas Pakistanis to easily manage their finances in Pakistan from anywhere in the world. It offers a range of banking and investment options, including funds transfer, bill payments, and investments in Naya Pakistan Certificates, real estate, and more. Any Pakistani national living abroad, including Non-Resident Pakistanis (NRPs) and those with dual nationality, can open an RDA.
The Apna Ghar and Apni Gari packages are exclusive financing options available through the Roshan Digital Account. The Apna Ghar package allows Overseas Pakistanis to invest in real estate in Pakistan, while the Apni Gari package offers financing to purchase a car in Pakistan. These packages make it easier for RDAs holders to invest in property or buy a vehicle for their family back home, all managed conveniently through their RDA.
Opening a Roshan Digital Account is a simple and quick process that can be done entirely online. You will need to provide basic personal information, proof of your Pakistani nationality (such as your CNIC/NICOP or passport), proof of your non-resident status (like a visa or residence permit), and a recent photograph. Once your application is submitted, your RDA can be opened within 48 hours.
